Thank you all for making this the best week of our lives! You all truly made this an unforgettable experience and we are so grateful for each of you.

Mate – Thank you for keeping us safe. We knew that if any pirates tried to come aboard you would’ve kicked their asses. Your quiet confidence is unmatched.

Nikola – We were blown away every day at your incredible meals. Thank you for keeping our bellies full – sometimes too full!

Alex – Thank you for always being so reliable. We could always count on you, even for a dingy ride at 4am (sorry again about that!).

Gaga – You are the heart of this boat. Thank you for the laughs, positive attitude, late night card games, and remembering all of our coffee orders. You are a special woman and such a hard worker. Please marry my brother so you can officially be a part of our family!

We will never forget this week and this crew. We are so lucky you were all a part of this trip celebrating 2 birthdays …

Thank you for your wonderful service over the past week! You all did a great job! We appreciate your kindness and taking care of us as we sailed the beautiful Croatian islands. You are all good people and we were lucky to spend our trip with the four of you!

First of all, we should probably apologise for being completely crazy. Thank you for surviving a full week with us. Honestly, that alone deserve 5 stars ★★★★★.

Captain Mate, the legend: Thank you for always keeping us safe, we already thought you were a legend, when we found out you are literally fighting fires and saving lives. Official Saint Luca superhero!

The great Alex: Always there! But above all, thank you for taking Tomas wherever he wanted to find girls! Tomas will be forever grateful

Amazing Gaga: You made us feel incredibly special from the very first day. You were allways attentive, warm, funny and genuinely human. Those are the things people remember long after the trip. Although we have a feeling Tomas might remember you a little more than the rest 🙂

Finally Nikola, the chef: Responsible of 50% of our happiness Every breakfast, lunch we thought “ok, this must be the best one” – you came back with something even better.

To Mate… There’s a saying back home in Tennessee “Ride me smooth mother fucker” and you did. Thanks for the smooth sailing and the lovely ports.

To Alex… Thank you for laughing at all of our shenanigans and toting us all the places we asked you to with a smile & a laugh..

To Nic… This is the best food I’ve ever eaten… ever. The variety, and the attention to our requests and preferences was outstanding. Thanks a lot for the extra pounds I’m carrying home because I could not leave my plate with food on it. The birthday cake was extra special and we so appreciate all of the beauty of every dish.

To GaGa… To the Never Empty Glass and the way you could slip in & straighten every thing while no one was looking. You are THE BEST! Smooth sailing my friend. You will do great things! Everything you do is perfect & we thank you for making our trip truly spectacular!

To the amazing Mate, Gaga, Nik, and Alex,

THANK YOU!!! There hasn’t been a moment where you haven’t taken care of us. We can all agree that this has been the BEST vacation we’ve ever had – and that’s saying a lot. The impact y’all have made on us is sure to last a LOOONG time.

We all have our own highlights, but the hospitality, grace, and friendship we’ve experienced on St. Luca tops them all.

I’d tell you about all of our favorite moments, but it’ll be funnier to illustrate.

We can’t thank you enough for this amazing week! Everything was spot on, you are kind, caring, and always ready for a good joke. We felt so welcomed by you, taken such good care of, and despite of our crazy parties that didn’t let you sleep, you were there for us in every moment!

Our captain, Mate, tried hard to make us go to bed early by leaving around 6 or 7 am on the next day, but he failed on that! At first we were like “what?! So early?!”, but it was the best decision ever, since we always had smooth rides, ahead of winds, and arriving before other boats and choosing the best spots. And you were all so patient trying to accommodate our sunset desires wishes!

Regarding the food, what can we say? We are planning on kidnapping Nikola and take him to Portugal! The food was really, really amazing and he did magic in that…

Dear Captain Mate, Nikola, Petar & Dragana:

Thank-you for the incredible experience on Saint Luca. Your professionalism, hospitality and attention to detail made our journey unforgettable. We all started the week fitting into our pants & after a week of Nikola’s delicious meals we are leaving with our buttons bursting!!

Petar’s Piña Coladas were a highlight until we ran out of Malibu, never fear Whiskey Sours were here!! A few mentionable highlights was Will’s Jetski ride & entering the Hvar nightclub in his life jacket. The bike riding around Mljet & the boat tour to the Blue Grotto. We had such a great time the memories made will last a lifetime.

Thank you for the most majestic, magical, and magnificent introduction to Croatia that was beyond our most beautiful dreams. The week we shared together will forever be held with joy + delight in our hearts and souls. Your sweet care + kind friendship created a trip of a lifetime, which we will treasure and hold close for our lifetimes.

What an incredible week we have spent together on your beautiful boat. To say that this was a trip of a lifetime for our family is an understatement. This week far surpassed our wildest dreams and was equal parts exciting, relaxing and delicious.

Captain Mate – Thank you for sharing this wonderful boat with us and safely getting us to all our destinations with impressive nautical skills! Nikola – we were amazed by your culinary talents and you made every meal a scrumptious treat. How you were able to create such masterpieces on a moving boat with such a small kitchen is a wonder of the world.

Thank you for sharing your cooking talents with us!!! Petar – AKA DJ Petar. Thank you for your energy and great hospitality. You helped create the soundtrack of our trip with fun tunes and new Croatian music that we will bring home. We greatly enjoyed the fun adventures tubing, getting William up on water skis for the first time and trips into town! Also William is very thankful to have found a new place to jump from too 🙂 Yulya – The “Hostess with the mostess”. Waking up every morning to your kindness and hospitality was a joy.

Thank you for giving this mother a real vacation and break from everyday life. It was a dream and you were a special part of making this trip a great break for all of us. 🙂

These past seven days cruising the Croatian coastlines were enough to fuel the most vivid and wonderful memories for a lifetime.

We have become incredibly fond of our new routine: cappuccinos perfectly prepared by Sonja, a gourmet breakfast made with love by Nik, tanning and a nap, a swim in beautiful clear water, and a core memory from Captain Mate and Šime bringing the adventure and fun with water sports.

You were all an essential part of making this one of the best trips of our lives.
